Island Butler Booking Agreement

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date - due upon receipt

  • Final balance is due 7 days prior to event date

  • Minimum booking of 4 guests apply

  • Travel outside a 50 kms radius of Charlottetown - small fuel surcharge applies

    • Summerside area - $15

    • Wellington/O’Leary/Alberton areas - $20

    • Past Alberton to Tignish - $25

    • Souris area - $15

  • Client must provide chilled sparkling alcohol for Royal Tea Service

  • Island Butler reserves the right to adjust pricing for guest count changes

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable

  • Client is responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable service environment

‍ ‍Island Butler is responsible for the following:

  • Curated menu preparation completed in a certified off-site kitchen

  • Delivery and setup of tea service equipment and tablescape styling

  • China, flatware, serving pieces, linens and floral accents

  • Tea preparation and guided tea service throughout the sitting

  • Service staff during the scheduled experience

  • Cleanup and removal of Island Butler items following the service
